Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours except on weekends and holidays via Korea Post EMS. Typical transit time will be 4 to 7 business days.

Delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances.

If there is a delay in shipping, you will be notified immediately. Please note we do not take time sensitive orders.

Returns or Exchanges:You will be responsible for any international shipping charges on change of mind returns or exchanges.

Please note that we are not able to cancel or make changes to your order after it has already been shipped.

If you have received a defective item, please take a picture and contact us within 48 hours of receipt - the day of the actual delivery (Damaged or used items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.)

Please contact Styleman within 48 hours for defective items received. No refund or exchange requests will be accepted after 48 hours.

P.S.: Damaged packaging, loose thread, slight deviation, color difference, insignificant marks, size issue, change of mind will not be accepted as a defective.
